All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

After placing your order:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all locations within the United States, including residential and business addresses.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Torvane offers multiple shipping options:

  • Free Shipping: 7–12 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 6–10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 5–9 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on carrier performance, destination, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method.

Free shipping promotions may be available on qualifying orders or special campaigns.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Customers can track their shipment anytime using the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email.


6. Address Accuracy

Torvane is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Missing apartment/unit numbers

  • Customer input errors

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment requests.

  • Please allow extra transit time during busy seasons

We will work with the carrier to investigate lost shipments when necessary.


8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  2. Provide photos of the item and packaging

  3. Our team will arrange a replacement or refund after verification


9. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages depending on warehouse availability. Each shipment will include its own tracking information.
